This microwave is fine. Preset buttons appear to be off. Not time for Potatoes, much time for Beverage. Haven't tried the Popcorn setting. surprise was the buttons. These do not appear to be touch sensitive but a actual buttons behind the plastic. Could not get the microwave to work 'till I spotted you actually must press the buttons harder than on my built-in Micro. All in all, for the cost, they are pleased with this microwave

This works well for the cost point. It is not a powerhouse & does not have the 30 second fast add button that I love but it does work & fits my current budget
